Welcome to CPro Learning. By using our website, booking lessons, or applying to become a tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
CPro Learning provides online and in-person tutoring for high school and university students.
We act as a platform connecting students with qualified tutors.
Lessons may be booked through our website or directly via communication with our team.
All lessons must be booked in advance.
Payments must be made via the payment methods communicated by CPro Learning.
Late cancellations (within 12–24 hours of a session) may be subject to fees, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
No-shows are charged in full.
Students may cancel or reschedule sessions within the allowed timeframe.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tutors cancelling lessons must notify CPro Learning as soon as possible.
Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
Be punctual and prepared for lessons.
Respect tutors’ time and the learning environment.
Provide accurate information in applications.
Deliver lessons professionally, on time, and with preparation.
Maintain confidentiality of student information.
Tutors are independent contractors, not employees of CPro Learning.
By submitting an application or booking, you consent to us using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Tutors authorize CPro Learning to display their profiles to prospective clients.
CPro Learning will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or delays arising from tutoring sessions, cancellations, or third-party services.
While we vet tutors, ultimate responsibility for learning outcomes rests with the student.
All materials provided by CPro Learning (including website content, branding, and resources) remain the property of CPro Learning.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
